Visual Thinking to Encourage

Individual Creative Process.

Artful Work programs are unique in Australia for they employ the
use of visual thinking to encourage the individual creative process.

Throughout the day, participants are encouraged to match the benefits of creativity and innovation to business success. The programs have also proved a means to assist in the understanding of people management, negotiations, conflict resolution and stress management.

Participants are introduced to the benefits of quieting down the logical side of their brain and letting the creative side take precedence for a while. They will then be guided through a series of steps to facilitate this to happen, using the senses that most people tend to ‘leave at the door’ of their workplace. Colour, shape, movement and touch are all employed through the medium of collage and each participant will leave the session with his or her own highly personalised work of art.

For convenience, sessions may be conducted at the company’s offices.

A maximum of 10 to 15 people at one session works best.

You may book half day and one day sessions, either as part of an existing training regime, a conference or seminar or, as a stand alone workshop.
